PURPOSE
 Converts Microsoft fax format (*.awd) to TIFF format using a shell to Microsoft's AWDVSTUB.exe.

INSTALLATION
 Download the AWDConv.msi from www.bc-consult.com and run it on your machine (XP, Vista).
 Follow the prompts and you are ready to run.

 On first use the program will ask for two folders:
 - the drop folder:   where you will drop all the *.awd files to be converted to TIFF images.
 - the result folder: where all the TIFF images will be placed after conversion.

 Type in the name of those two folders. Alternatively (and preferably!) you can drag&drop the
 folders from Windows Explorer into the text boxes...

 Two optional fields can also be set on first use:
 - Time, in ms, to wait for Shell & Kill operations to complete (default 0.5s).
 - Time, in ms, to wait before checking the drop folder (default 3s).

 The program will place itself in the system tray. Right-click to have access to the menu:
 - About:  shows an about screen.
 - Enable: enable/disable the monitoring of the drop folder.
 - Close:  exit the application.

USAGE:
 1) Launch the program.
 2) User drops the awd file(s) into the drop folder and he gets the converted file into the
    result folder.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
 All awd files dropped in the drop folder are permanently deleted from that folder upon
 successful conversion.
